ALL parents want the best for their children but at the same time they do not know the type of nutrition should be taken to obtain optimum health. For pregnant women, the best food is needed not for her but also for the baby conceived. Therefore, mothers should have good diet from early pregnancy to ensure the ideal body weight. Many studies have proven that the effect of the lack of basic nutrients among pregnant women can affect the brain development of infants will be born.
