Depression

Here I'd like to share my idea to manage depression.

I feel so depress sometimes. Even there is lots kind of depression out there, happened everyday. Depress of losing job, something or someone that you love, broken heart, broke, debt, divorced, bankrupt, etc.

What I did?

Talk to your best friend.
And meet group of people (express it!)
Walking.
Jogging.
Watch movie.
Eat.. ??? :P
Sports
Singing very loud (in the middle of the farm)
Cry
…. What else??

300 spartan workout

I found very good excercise that can give six pack abs to you. The video from youtube is absolutely awesome. The workout can really works. What you need is dicipline and hardworking. No pills needed. Absolutely natural.
