If you have high blood pressure, try having some raisins with warm water. Why raisins? - because it will generate sugar (easily absorb to blood) and bring it to your brain.

It's easy and lots of us didn't realize that warm water can do it. Drink lots of warm water everyday. Try not to have drink with sugar because our some of our foods contains sugar. Do you know that 1 plate of rice can produce 11 teaspoon of sugar...??? that is the facts!!
