Sleep a.k.a Tidur....

My head still blank. I just woke up (10pm - 3am).... It was very hectic today for me. I went to Pasar Tani Muar at 6.45am (which I didn't sleep the night before), and home by 12.30pm. I had sleep at noon.

It takes about 1 hour for me to decide - either to go to pasar malam Tg. Agas or not (4pm - 5pm). Why? because I don't have enough sleep. So damn tired!

Do you know that we need sleep to make sure our blood have enough oxygen (O2).. (I'm not going to comment about this)... The thing is, when we don't have enough sleep, our reflex becomes so slow, and we need extra time to decide on almost everything. That's what happen to me right now.

Based on Dr. Fadzillah kamsah on '50 tips orang berjaya', most of successful people in the world sleep as one of their method of success. They try to find a break for sleep as it is will refresh and give energy back to your body.

Since I read that book, I try to apply the tips everytime I feel so tired, especially when I'm blank. So Ithink I want to take a nap now... zzzzzzzzzzz

p/s - I forced myself to write because I want to get 'something' from the internet, suddently my eBay popup manager shows one of my item sold... Alhamdulillah.
