EGGS

Just very short tips today (i didn't write for quite a long period)...

EGGS,

for adults, please limits your daily eggs taken by 2 eggs only because of the cholestrol contains is quite high.

And do you know that 1 quail egg cholestrol contains twice as chicken eggs! So avoid quail eggs!
