I just finished reading 4 Shocking Secrets About Fast Food, from Health Yahoo and it make me think twice before taking my kids to McDonalds or any other fast food after this. It seems a nightmare to know what go through our body. Those horrible fast food ingredients are really bad and not suitable to digest by out stomach.
