Here I'd like to share my idea to manage depression.
I feel so depress sometimes. Even there is lots kind of depression out there, happened everyday. Depress of losing job, something or someone that you love, broken heart, broke, debt, divorced, bankrupt, etc.
What I did?
Talk to your best friend.
And meet group of people (express it!)
Walking.
Jogging.
Watch movie.
Eat.. ??? :P
Sports
Singing very loud (in the middle of the farm)
Cry
…. What else??
