I was fat couple years ago and desperately try to lose weight. I was 86kg with 165cm height, back in UK when I achieved that ridiculous weight. At that time, most newspaper talked about Atkins Diet that made me curious with the effectiveness.
After I followed the story and did some research, finally I decided to follow the Atkins program. The miracle behind the diet is no need to stuck with starving and hunger. I can enjoy the foods and eat as many as I can. Seriously it really enjoyable.
I can remember how much I loss but it is really massive programs and very effective. The only bad thing about my health condition is the uric acid reading. That's the only thing that make me worries as my family had history with gout.
I made this entry because my friend ask me for advice because she want to lose weight. I said I'm willing to guide her with the Atkin Diet but she have to wait till I make another research on Fat loss for idiots which looks interesting to me. I will collect some more info before I show to her the pros and cons with Fat Loss 4 Idiots diet.
