is equal to 5km running (jogging)! So if your routine having 2 pieces of prata every morning, you better stop before heart attack kills you.... :(
It is worse if you just get back to your nice comfy chair in the office... while the calories burnt is less than 1/2 of the prata you just had.
So make sure you reschedule your breakfast meal start from now, before your loved one has to stay next to your bed in the hospital....
